The person behind Dressed

I am a man who has loved feminine clothing since childhood. Long before I wrote a story about it, I was noticing clothes closely: how a skirt moved, how pleats changed when someone walked, how different fabrics looked, and wondering what those clothes would feel like to wear.

That never went away. As an adult I wear feminine clothes because I genuinely like them, both for how they look and for how they feel. Fit matters enormously to me. So do pressure, texture, movement, hosiery, boots, gloves, shaping, a fitted top, and the way a skirt behaves when I sit, walk or turn.

Dressed grew out of that experience. I had spent years looking for stories that treated the clothes themselves as important, without needing humiliation, coercion or transformation to make them interesting. Eventually I decided to write the stories I had wanted to find.

The books are fiction, but the sensations behind them are often very real. The new My Experience section is where I write more directly about that part of my life: dressing at home, going out, childhood memories, sensory preferences, and the things I still do not have a tidy explanation for.
