My experience
Behind Dressed
The clothes, the experiences and the person behind the stories.
Not everything here is fiction. I have wanted to wear feminine clothes for as long as I can remember, and the physical experience of wearing them has always mattered as much as the way they look. This is where I write about that more directly.
Personal, not universal
This is simply how it has been for me
I am not trying to explain why anybody crossdresses, and I do not have one neat explanation for myself either. These pieces are about the things I know from living them: wanting clothes I was not expected to want, the calm that can come from being properly dressed, the importance of fit and pressure, and the strange moment when wearing something in public stops feeling remarkable and becomes ordinary.
If some of it feels familiar, that is part of why I wanted to put it here.

Why the books feel the way they do
I did not invent an interest in waistbands, linings, hosiery, boots or the movement of skirts for the stories. Those are the things my attention naturally notices. Dressed is fiction built from that way of experiencing clothes.
